Cleaning with Purpose LLC
Terms and Conditions of Service

All terms and conditions set forth below are effective as of the date above and remain in effect.
“Cleaning with Purpose LLC” is a locally queer owned and operated small business based in the beautiful Tampa Bay metro area. We are fully insured and bonded.
By retaining the cleaning services of Cleaning with Purpose LLC you agree to be the party responsible for full payment, communication, and compliance with our established policies to promote this agreement and our satisfaction guarantee. Third-Party involvement is not recognized by Cleaning with Purpose LLC.
Before Your Appointment:
Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned. Additional hourly charges may be incurred if we require more time or if your home is not ready to be cleaned.
To ensure the best service possible we ask that all clients vacate the home or place of business during the cleaning appointment. This allows us to ensure the best possible service. If the home is not vacated prior to arrival the appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee applied to the final invoice.

Pets:
We do love our fur babies, however, for the safety of your pets and our staff please ensure that any pets are kenneled in a room that we are not cleaning or outside when we arrive. Cleaning with Purpose LLC reserves the right to cancel your appointment and leave the premises if pets are not kenneled or outside upon arrival.
Accessibility to your Home:
Please be sure that we are able to access your home at the designated appointment time. This may include but is not limited to
Providing us with a temporary access code for electronic door locks or lockbox code.
Turn off any alarm systems or be sure to leave the disarm code in your cleaning notes. Cleaning with Purpose LLC is careful to disarm and rearm the alarm according to your cleaning notes, however, Cleaning with Purpose LLC is not responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system including but not limited to; charges from a local police department or alarm servicer or other activation charges. No Exceptions.
As a client you agree to hold harmless or release Cleaning with Purpose LLC from any liability associated with failure of the alarm or not arming the alarm properly.
Allow for full access to your home for cleaning purposes or for any rooms you do not wish to have cleaned restrict access by closing the door. Cleaning with Purpose LLC respects your privacy as a client and will not clean any rooms with closed or locked doors.
Lock Out Policy:
If we are unable to access your home due to being locked out or sent away during the designated appointment time a cancellation fee will be charged as defined by our cancellation policy below.
Estimated Time of Arrival or Departure
We do make our best effort to accommodate your requested appointment time, however we cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival for your appointment. Our booking time slots are offered as a courtesy to provide an estimated arrival window and are not intended to be a guaranteed time of arrival or departure. If our estimated arrival time varies more than 2 hours from your requested time slot during booking a member of our team will reach out to notify you.
We do guarantee your day of service as selected during your booking and will not change the day of arrival without your consent.
Estimates/Quotes
Estimates are provided based on the information given by the client and are not a guarantee of charges to be incurred during the visit. Though we do make our best efforts to estimate your cost of service up front this estimate may be subject to change. Final pricing and invoicing for services will be dependent on the condition of the home and duration of time required to complete the job. Any additional time above or beyond the designated quote will be charged at our standard hourly rates for the service and invoiced to the client.
Rescheduling Appointments
Cleaning With Purpose LLC does not charge any additional fee if you need to reschedule your appointment time, however we do ask that you please make any necessary changes at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment could result in our staff showing up on site and being locked out causing your appointment to be canceled and you as the client be subject to any applicable fees outlined below in our Cancellation Policy.
Going on Vacation? Consider booking our deep cleaning Rainbow Refresh Service instead of rescheduling your appointment. This way you come home to a clean and refreshed space.
Non-Refundable Security Deposit
A non-refundable security deposit is required to book all services. This security deposit will be credited to your final invoice. This deposit will not be refunded unless your appointment is canceled within 14 days of your booked appointment time, or unless Cleaning with Purpose LLC must cancel your appointment at no fault of you as the client.
Cancellation Policy:
It is the policy of Cleaning With Purpose LLC that if your appointment should be canceled for any reason outside of the reasonable accommodation clause below you as the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the estimated/anticipated cost of the service to be provided.
Reasonable Accommodation Clause - The cancellation fee may be waived if;
You are forced to cancel due to inclement weather
A declared State of Emergency
The Service is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled appointment time.
Critical Injury
Death of the Client, or
If the appointment is canceled by Cleaning with Purpose LLC for any reason not at the fault of the client.
Payment for Services:
We do accept in person payments via cash or personal check,payments with a major credit or debit card, or bank drafts/ACH. If you as the client choose to pay for our services with cash we request that you please provide this payment in person so as to ensure accurate delivery. Cleaning with Purpose LLC is not responsible for any loss or stolen cash submitted via mail which could result in non-payment of your balance and subject you to the outlined late fees below. Please complete payment of all invoices through your online account at www.mycleaningwithpurpose.net or you may remit payment in the pre-addressed envelope provided with your invoice. Additional payment instructions and details will be included with your invoice.
A $50 Service Charge will be added for any NSF Checks.
If payment of your invoice is not received within 30 days from the invoice date your saved payment method on file will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Declined Cards and unpaid invoices will incur a late fee of $25 or 15% whichever is greater.
Tipping?
A tip is neither expected nor required. It is completely optional and at your discretion.
You will have the option to add a tip following our post cleaning survey, or you may choose to tip in person.
There is also an optional invoice line item for a tip if you so choose to add this option.
Protect Your Valuables:
If asked to perform any tasks that would require the cleaning or care of valuables, antiques, collections, computers, or to use your equipment such as a vacuum you agree as the client to hold harmless or release from liability Cleaning With Purpose LLC and or any of our employees, for any damage or breakage to any article or component.
We do make every effort not to damage or break things, but accidents do happen. Because of this we do maintain general liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacements will be attempted but cannot be guaranteed. It is for this reason that we must decline any requests to clean irreplaceable or items that contain sentimental value.
Cleaning with Purpose LLC is not responsible or liable for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
All Claims for broken or damaged items must be filed to support@cleaningwithpurpose.net within 7 business days following the designated appointment time. Any claims received after 7 days will be dismissed as untimely and Cleaning with Purpose LLC may not be held liable.
OSHA Compliance:
Use of Ladders:
Cleaning with Purpose LLC may not use any ladders larger than a 2-step ladder to complete designated work duties.
Waste Disposal:
Cleaning with Purpose LLC may not dispose of animal or human waste, this includes vomit, blood, or bodily waste.
Infestations
Cleaning with Purpose LLC may not enter or clean any home with live infestations including but not limited to maggots, fleas, roaches, and bedbugs.
Cleaning with Purpose LLC may not remove any mold or mildew.
Photos of your Home:
Cleaning With Purpose LLC takes before and after photos of our work in your home. These photos are used for training purposes, proof of performance, and promotional material.
If you do not wish for photos to be taken please let us know at the time of booking in your cleaning notes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you think any area within our scope of work is not clean or cleaned well please contact our support staff at support@cleaningwithpurpose.net within 24 hours of your designated appointment time. We will setup a follow up time with you when we can come and re-clean the problematic area.
We are unable to guarantee adequate cleaning of your home using your products, supplies, or equipment. During booking you will be required to complete a Product and Equipment Waiver.
Cleaning with Purpose LLC is not able to offer cash refunds or discounts for poor quality on the original bill in-place of a scheduled re-cleaning.
